Job Description:

1. Work on market research reports on Healthcare and estimate the upcoming market numbers, trends characteristics and scenarios.

2. Writing business articles and newsletters for business insights.

3. Work on Company Profiling, Vendor analysis, Business structure, SWOT analysis, Porters Five Forces & Supply chain, Competitive landscape and market opportunity, Competitive benchmarking (financial & market), Industry strategic assessment.

4. Carry out in depth analysis; primary and secondary research to analyze various industries, Uses the data gathered during the research to carry out market, customer and vendor analysis.

5. Develop table of contents along with reports based on client requirement.
 
6. Designing actual questionnaires based on the objective of the report and market understanding.

7. Assisting in primary research through telephone or direct-mail surveys or face-to-face interview studies.

8. Preparing marketing collaterals of delivered research projects.

9. To develop and monitor quality of reports, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

10. Work experience of market research industry required

Job Description:

1. Achieving the month-on-month revenue targets as defined in the KRA.

2. Generate weekly, monthly sales reports and update the ongoing activities with a motive of overall process optimization.

3. Exceptional selling skills with an entrepreneurial thinking should be ready to take ownership of the entire sales process.

4. Handle end to end sales conversion of pre-generated leads across multiple continents including NA, Europe, APAC & REST.

5. A self-driven, self-motivated true team player, an independent decision maker.

6. Should effectively manage internal co-ordination with the web marketing team to assist them for various marketing campaigns such as e-blasts, press releases, promotions through LinkedIn etc.

7. Ensuring proper co-ordination with the accounts team at regular intervals.

8. Leading a tele-caller team and manage the same across multiple domains.

9. Strategize to build and acquire clients across multiple industries for research and consulting services.

10. Should possess the required business acumen to understand the importance of customer relationship management.

11. Maximize revenues from the existing key accounts through up-selling, cross-selling and should nurture the old accounts.

12. Shall help in developing proposals/business case/presentations to the clients, pitching in for the expected research content by the clients, based on your experience.

13. Customizing content in terms of third-party market research report/titles aptly suiting the needs of the clients.

14. Should be excellent in product (research reports) mapping based on the specific requirements of the client.

15. Should play a predominant role in account nurturing and account management.

16. Perform weekly reviews of your subordinates.
